Introducing the all new Jobu Lightweight Mark 3. There is nothing 'Lightweight' about the performance, it is SOLID and ROBUST and SMOOTH. Construction-wise, this gimbal share many elements with the BWG-HD3, minus the horizontal arm.

The New BWG-LW3 is only 1lbs 13oz. Overall packing size is reduced by 1.5" in height.
Seriously stiffer! Heat-Treated construction ensures extremely stiff components for maximum vibration reduction.
Seriously SMOOTH! A new roller bearing design allows for 100% variable friction control, from full lock-out to barely perceptible drag, it's all there.
Heavy camera and lens combinations still have extremely smooth motion. Same performance in hot/cold conditions.
This new head also uses new rubberized knobs, which are comfortable and easy on the hands.
Powdercoat finish on the main body and black anodizing on all the aluminum parts makes for long term weatherability and durability.
Recommendations:
Suitable for lenses and cameras weighing up to 15lbs.
A stiff tripod recommended for up to 25lbs of load. 3/8"-16 mounting stud required.
A Jobu Design lensplate (or other compatible Arca-Swiss style plate) for your lens.
A lens with a rotating tripod collar. (Short lenses, or wide angles require the W.A.A. wide angle adapter, see Special Mounts)
