3.5" long plate is suitable for many smaller form factor lenses such as 70-200 and 300 F4 sizes.
It has one (1) 1/4"-20 screw that slides back and forth in a track allowing for fitment to a variety of common lenses. A raised heel section can be pressed against the back of the lens foot to offer an anti-twisting function.
