All Shipments - Domestic and Foreign
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday generally ship the following Monday unless it happens to be a statutory holiday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during Christmas or other busy seasons. We will contact you if there is any exceptional delay or problem with shipping your order in a timely fashion.

Domestic Shipping times: We ship from Toronto, Ontario and delivery within Canada is generally 3-5 business days unless you are in the far corners of the country (Northern BC, Yukon, even Newfoundland or New Brunswick take extra time).

Domestic Taxes: We collect and remit taxes as per your home province at the time of the order.

International Shipping Time: Shipping takes anywhere from 7-14 business days on average. USA is usually 3-5 days, Europe 5-10 days, Australia, 7-21. It highly depends on the service chosen and the speed/cost of delivery.

International Taxes: VAT and Duties are not collected or charged by Jobu Design and are calculated and charged by your home country's border control offices. We do not undervalue shipments to save on taxes or duties.
